How to improve the dimensional accuracy of castings?

The gap between domestic stainless steel casting enterprises and foreign countries is analyzed. The experience of strengthening production process control and improving precision casting quality is needed.

In order to improve the dimensional accuracy of castings, we can start from two aspects:

1. Strengthen trial production and batch production process control before batch production

2. Strengthen product process design, strictly inspect the dimensions of molds, wax parts and castings, strictly control the quality of wax, the wax temperature in the production process, and the temperature and humidity of the wax storage space.

In addition to controlling the viscosity of the coating slurry, in order to avoid casting surface defects, SiO2 content and pH, the drying and humidity of the shell surface should also be controlled to keep the temperature uniform, and the carbon steel charge and return charge must be 100% shot blasted and cleaned.
